Team Event to learn about ARM CARE. Physiotherapy Edge is providing a free strength and conditioning program for us as well as bands for each player. I'm a huge fan of John Starisnic... he's trained a lot of high level hockey players and I've been cajoling him to learn about baseball mechanics for a year now so he can help us with injury prevention and how to listen to our bodies properly.
